Bulimia does cause ulcers because when you are constantly vomitting, the juices in your stomach become acid. Simply because you are removing a lot of the nutrients the body needs. I'm not sure about anorexics loosing more muscle and weight. But yes, Bulimia can cause ulcers. And it takes a while for bulimics to lose the weight because sometimes, they will not vomit everything they ate. Maybe 60-70% of it at a time. The reason anorexics lose more is because they are starving themselves from what the body needs in order to function.
