8-10 glasses of water a day, is the key. It speeds up your metabolism, makes you feel full, and flushes toxins from your body. Eat smaller portions and cut out snacks.
I did it last month with Slim-fast and exercise.
Slim fast for breakfast & lunch monday-Friday with half my normal food for supper and no snacks or junk food. On the weekend, I ate two meals of regular food (but halved) and allowed myself 1 dessert (split with another person). I also work out 4 hours a week.

Eat healthy exercise and have lots of sex as its the best exercise out there. Also swimming is very good for you.
One how much do you wiegh right now? walk more, go to the pool and swim? Walking I think is the best.
There's a diet called the "Flight Attendant Diet". If I find it, I'll give it to you. It goes on for 3 consecutive days, you have to eat exactly what's in it. People I know that have tried it have told me it really works.

Firstly control your diet, no matter how much u jog or run if you dont follow a diet then nothing wud happen. Preferable diet:
Should not have:
Deep fried stuff, milk products, ice-creams, chocolates
Whipped Cream.
Should Have:
Fruits, pulses (cooked in a pressure cooker is fine), vegetables (boiled), lots of salads.
Try to have lots of the fruits rather than juices.
Sugar keep it to a minimum (u can try sugar-free)

No eating 3 hours before bed and I mean NO eating.not even a peanut. Drink all the water you want. That along with light excecise (walking) will do it for you.

If you want to lose weight fast i would recommend the Atkins diet. If you stick to it during the initial phase you can lose up to six/ seve pounds. I lost four pounds in a week. iF you do lots of exercise too it will all come off AND all those people who say that its dangerous have been proved wrong.

Exercise and go on a diet. Try the slim fast optima. It helps you so your not hungry. Eat lots of fruits and veggies for a snack and drink plenty of water.
30 minutes of cardio exercise per day, drink lots of water, and then eat limited portions of food. Also, instead of larger meals, eat small portions every 4-5 hours.
