why do i get fatter when i exercise? i went from a 0 to a 4?

Question:
I have been eating the same amount of food (i dont eat fast food, fried food or junk like chips or pizza).

Answers:
Based on what you said, then i find it difficult to believe you are getting fatter. You may be gaining wieght in the form of muscle because that is heavier than fat. If you are not pleased with where you are putting the muscle on the i suggest you review your workout regiment with a certified fitness trainer.

PS. A lot of women seem to do the body twists on that machine where you can add weight for resistance. This is not a good idea because you want to firm that particulare muscle not make them grow. So for that simply use a long wooden bar, place it behind your kneck and do 50 to 100 twists that way with no weight added.

Other Answers:
it's not fat. it's muscle.

I think you must be eating more maybe without realizing it.
Or maybe you are a young person who is still growing.
I am not sure it is possible to get that much bigger just from adding muscle for a woman.

What are you eating. It is great that you are not eating junk but are you eating enough. Exercise in some case's can make you gain fat if you ;are not getting enough calories. It is hard for me to answer this question with out knowing more about your lifestyle. Their is alot of diffrent factors to this.
