What can causes a girl in her 20s that is not pregnant and has never been pregnant to lactate.?
This has been going on for years and no she is not and never has been pregnant. Squeezing the breast and/or nipples causes a stream to flow out.
Has any one dealt with serious test anxiety? If so, how did you get past it?

There is actually a condition called Galactorrhea that can cause this - I know - I have it.
Galactorrhea definition: lactation not associated with childbirth or nursing.

It could be hormonal, it could be a pituitary issue or even thyroidal in nature, only a Doctor can confirm or deny it through a battery of simple, painless tests. Bear in mind. however, that some women are blessed/cursed with this as an apparently normally existing condition, their milk glands just over produce, which can be a boon to those of us who weren't breast fed enough as a baby!!

When a person exercise excessively or is under a ton of stress it can cause a girl to lactate. When I was exercises for and hour and half five days a week I had this problem. It wasn't as bad but I had the problem. The best answer is to NOT touch the nipples and see a doctor. There is most likely a hormonal problem that is causing her body to produce milk.
