what causes constant nightmares?

Question:

Answers:
If you have a subconscious worry that preys on your mind, this can result in nightmares. In addition, nightmares can be seen as symbolic of other things that are going on in your life. You need to do a bit of navel gazing. Is there an important issue that you have been trying to ignore? Are there any changes going on in your life that you are frightened of? Do you worry about being placed in certain scenarios? If so, your nightmares are giving you an opportunity to confront your worst fears. Take the opportunity. Open that door that you are scared of. What transpires in a nightmare can sometimes help you to resolve any issues you have in the real world and the worst that can happen is you wake up.
