What should I eat today?


Question:
I lost 15 pounds by exercising and eating right. Eating lots of fish, veggies, etc. However, today I need to eat something different for I have reached the 15 lb mark. Not too bad for me, however something really yummy to celebrate my accomplisment.

eat a cookie sugar-free if you want i like cookies and i weigh 107 lbs and am 5ft 10 it sux b/c when my metabolism goes away and im like 30 i'll be like 500 lbs

How about a steak? You can still get veggies but red meat is good for you if you don't eat all the fat and only have one portion (about 4oz).

I like salads. I have lost a ton of weight eating salads - you will not get fat.
Top it with meat, or tuna, bacon, cheese, something like that. And have a lot of yummy sugar free dressing.

Cheese, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, ice cream, sausage. A very yummy chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, gravy, honey glazed rolls, fried okra, and fresh cauliflower with ranch dressing on it. All of this will be followed by a lovely fresh, hot, apple pie with a large dollop of whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
