You don't need a gym membership or home gym to stay in shape. Walking a light jogging are excellent calorie burners. Use your bodyweight for squats, lunges, pushups and crunches which are excellent strength conditioning exercises. Have soups cans.they make great dumbells with enough repititions for your chest, lats, biceps and triceps. The possibilities are endless. It's all about programming and making it part of your lifestyle.

walking is the next best thing for cardio and/or doing fitness dvd's that you can check out & also check your local library for dvd's that you can check from them is my suggestion
I'd say walking and running. Also you can go to a local pool--swimming's one of the best exercises you can do overall. Also if you have satellite t.v. there are certain channels that have aerobics shows in the morning.
