Well, i believe every healthy woman should reách orgasm naturally but it takes a longer time for some women than others to get there.It may not happen if she doesnt have feelings for u no matter what u do.But if she does, try asking her what arouses her the most. I´m sure if u do it the way she likes it she´ll reach an orgasm.Good luck

I believe it's more about how comfortable you are with your body and how well you can "let go"/relax during sex. If you can't relax and "feel", then orgasms will be few and far between
