Some people, especially the fair skinned, are prone to dark circles. I am very, very fair and I have never found a product that will completely remove the dark circles. In my case, more sleep doesn't make a difference. I use a good eye cream and I have found a concealer by Clarins that helps cover some of the darkness. The color has to be a good match or it will look worse. Good luck!
