what i did to lose weight really fast was to eat foods with as little calories,fat as poss. try also to cut down on the carbs as well. then i used to wear a bin bag under lots of thick jumpers (ensure u wear a t-shirt under the bag) and slow jog for at least half an hour a day. the fat will pour of extremely fast. ensure to drink plenty of water. u will feel tired but its just a case of mental strength and how much u wanna lose that fat. good luck.

To "lose" 20 pounds fast will be hard. I'd consider losing 20 lbs in 1 month fast. I don't think it could be done any faster. I would say drink lots of water. No soda, lots of exersise, saunas, and maybe a body wrap. I hear people lose 10 lbs or more in one session-
