how to stop bad breath?

Question:
help!

Answers:
Brush your teeth twice a day, floss at least once a day, use mouth wash, and either scrape your tongue with a tongue scraper or brush your tongue. Lastly, see your dentist on a regular basis for cleaning. It's not an instant cure, but it helps.

Otherwise, maybe something else might be going on. You can try avoiding gassy foods or maybe see your doctor if you might have something else going on like acid reflex disease that causes all that yucky stuff to come up and be released through your esophagus and throat and stuff. I had that for awhile, not fun.

Other Answers:
Brush your tongue with toothpaste. Also try eatting a min after each meal.

Besides the usual (brushing & flossing, mouthwash twice a day) try a tongue scraper- you can find them in the toothbrush aisle at the drugstore. Works great!

Most bad breath originates in the mouth so brushing, flossing and cleaning your tongue is a start. It can also be indicative of your diet. Items like coffee, tea, cigarettes and other tobacco products, highly spiced food and others can be culpable.

Aside from the forgoing, it can also be a symtom of an underlying health issue such as diabetes.

If it is very objectionable and long lasting, first get a medical and dental checkout to rule out those possibilities then if still there, check with a nutritionist to change your dietary habits.
