Are you a kangaroo? If you have a pouch you should see a doctor and maybe an agent. How's little Joey?

Depending on what physical work you do, the pouch could disappear on its own. Did you have strong abdominals before getting pregnant? Those will aid in reducing the pouch. If not, you should try to get some ab work in a few days a week to strengthen those muscles. Good luck. I know it isn't easy, but it can be done.
I don't know if your baby was delivered cesarean, but if so, getting the abdominal tightness back is a little more difficult than if you delivered vaginally. You see, the abdominals are cut for cesarean, and are more difficult to get tight again after the procedure.
You are going to have to do some type of strength exercise that isolates your abs, that is the only way to tighten it back up. If the skin in that area has been stretched beyond repair, then a tummy tuck is in your future.
