Answers:
One place I always hear about is "Locks Of Love" which goes to kids.
Their site is http://www.locksoflove.org/

If it is really long sell it on ebay! Sounds funny but, saw a chick get over $2000 for her hair!
send it to Locks of Love, they turn it into wigs for cancer patients going through chemotherapy.
See the site Locks of love at
http://www.locksoflove.org/
and see if they are anyplace near you.
Good locks.
Ask your hairdresser..some of the larger chains would probably know. There are certain restrictions such as minimum length, processing, etc. Also try looking for "Locks of Love".
My friend used to donate her hair to an organization called Locks of Love which helped cancer patients. They provided the container she took to the hairstylist and when her hair was cut, she sent the hair back to them. They must have a website.
Good for you! That's a great idea.
There is an organization called "locks of love" which does that. Usually some college sponsers an event where people can get free haircuts if the hair is a certain length. The cut hair is then donated. Call your stylist and see if he/she has any suggestions. Some salons will donate too.
http://www.locksoflove.org/ is a great place! I hope this helps you out.
When you get a haircut thats over i think 3 inches or 2 or sumthin they automaticly donate it to the chemo-patients, i know this because they donated my hair when i got it cut, and they'll ask you if you want it donated
