Does anyone know any stretches for the buttox?

Question:
I've tried to find some, but there doesn't seem to be any.

Answers:
Yes. Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet on the floor. Put your right heel on your left knee. Put both hand behind your left knee and pull your thigh toward your chest. and repeat on your right leg.

sit on the ground with one leg straight out in front of you. put your other across your leg to about the knee. at this point, your second knee should be in front of your chin. wrap your arms around this leg and pull it in to your chest and gently lean back. you should feel it in your lower hamstring and butt.

sit down on the floor with legs out straight. take one leg and pull it over the other, foot flat on the ground by your knee. that stretches from your butt to your lower thigh

Check out some yoga.

Lunges!! They're amazing, do some of them everyday, your butt and legs will start looking better!

Try Yoga. Pigeon pose (i won't bother to explain), also sitting on the floor with on knee on top of the other (knees point away from your body. Keep your back long and slowly lean forward as far a you can w/o rounding your back hold, breathe through the stretch and then reverse knee position to do the other side. Similarly you can sit like an indian except instead of crossing yr legs at your ankles you put one foot on yr knee (flexed) and leave the other under. Again follow instructions above and repeat on the other side. You'll get a good stretch. Just don't push it, If you haven't stretched that area it's likely to be very tight and painful. Try to breathe through it. It will get easier and it's great for your back!

You are beautifully and wonderfully made.and a joy to the human race. Thank you for the answer to my question. I believe squats are a good start to keep things tight in that area. Again thanks for your inner spirit..Have a Great Day!
