Is there a GOOD tasting LOW CARB SHAKE recipe out there?

Try things that you like. Avoid bananas and other high carb fruits. Experiment with a variety of different packaged low carb sweeties.

Try this recipe:
Raspberry sugar free Jello
Raspberries
Low carb vanilla ice cream
Add cream if desired.

You could add some diet Sprite to make it more like an ice cream soda.

You could add some heavy cream to fill it out.

You could add some Splenda to sweeten it up.

You could add some Crystal Lite drink mix powder to enhance the flavor.

Try other fruit/jello combinations. (Berries are a good choice.)

I can't eat peanuts, but you might try something with peanut butter.

Keep track of the serving sizes of the ingredients you add to be sure that you aren't underestimating the number of carbs in the finished product.

If it were me, I would play with it a bit. I have made some delicious low carb ice cream with sugarless Jello and cream and Splenda.
