I honestly don't know but have read up on the subject. I lift but don't take creatine. My answer to you is it might not be very important which creatine you take. If lifting properly and eating right, you will get bigger fast enough. You can become huge without ever taking creatine. I suggest that you take L-Glutamine and 1 scoop of AbsoluteWhey from GNC or a similar product 1 hour after your workout. When taking creatine or protein be sure to drink a lot of water and follow the directions. Also be sure to consult your physician before taking creatine. In rare cases people have died from drinking excessive amounts of water while working out because the water dilutes the blood and sweating causes the blood to lose salt, creating a dangerously low lack of salt in the blood. If you want to take creatine, I hear the guys at the gym talk about creatine monohydrate more but I bet either will be effective.

I don't know what you mean by "better." I have discoverd the best pump from Max Muscles "Full Blown" though. It has 3 creatines and that NO2 stuff in it. It tastes great, and you can work out for hours without getting sore. I would get the sugar free. The stuff rocks.
