Well, it could be hygeine or it could be her diet. I think you need to be gentle and honest with her and try to get her to understand. She may know that she smells, but not know how to correct it. Ever go over to someones house and the house smells like dog or cats or fish or what ever? Most of the time the people can't really smell it because they have become accustom to it. The same can be true for people them selves.
