my body fat is quite high. what can i do to reduce it?

take a look at your diet,drink lots of water to wash your system,reduce intake of alcohol and increase exerscise

Well, excerise every weekend or whenever it works for you. Stay off of junk food like:
chips (any kind of chip)
soda
candy
ice cream
bread
I know bread isnt junk but it is a grain, and its heavy. This is all I can think of, I hope it helps you, and remember you're not going to lose weight in 1 second. So dont get frustrated, and dont over do it. If you over do it, something bad could happen like you might pass out. I hope i helped you, if so, glad i could help.

my sisters were overweight and were trying to lose weight. Observed them, and they are skinny now! oh yes, go to the gym too occasionaly. DONT OVER DO IT THOUGH! :) ( dont want anyone to get hurt or pass out.)

do ur cardio before any food, before ur breakfast, do alot of cardio and do full body workout with weights atleast 3 times a day..eat 5 to 6 small meals a day drink alot of water! dont eat any junk food..email me if u need anyhting
