Have you ever had your colon cleansed?

Or have you used a product like Colonix? Why did you choose to do it and how did it affect your health?

Ask a Doctor? I dont think so..Doctors know a lot but not everything and when it comes to alternative they are simply not interested,,at least thats my experience so far.
Why? maybe because they need you to come back for them to help you and not someone else..I dont think so,,in the end I think its becuase they have simply different beliefs about whats good for you,,and perhaps they really dont believe that things like colon cleaning works??
If you see what comes out after a few times you will understand a whole lot more why it is beneficial.I have had colon cleansing and it works a charm, My digestive system has improved,,but it also depends on how you treat your system after a cleansing also.sorry for the long answer.

No I can't say that I have.

I never have, but funny you should ask that question. I myself was considering having this done.
What I found out from researching on the web is that Colonix, Laxatives, Dual Action Cleanse, Herbs and Enimas don't clean 100%. They usually clean the lower part of your colon. The upper part of your colon never really gets cleansed using the above named remedies. There are specialist that perform a procedure called HydroTherapy. They can go up inside your colon and flush all that junk out of you, but I understand its no picnic having that done and those Specialists in that field are hard to find.

You do not need to do this.
Your colon is NOT dirty and can look after itself quite well enough.
You could do some damage.
The process is not medically recommended.
Ask a doctor.
