Because the body is telling us that all is not normal and it wants so much to be normal..An invasion of a virus or bacterial infection will bring on certain symptoms such as cough, fever, headache, sore throat etc. The body is trying to cope with the foreign invasion by fighting against it, it works hard to cope with the foreign invasion..a war of sorts. All these symptoms are part of our body's defense system.
