YES THEY CAN! I ALWAYS THOUGT IT WAS FUNNY UNTIL IT HAPPENED TO ME. I AM 25 YEARS OLD. I HAVE A LOT OF FEMALE PROBLEMS. MY DOCTOR SAYS IT IS RELATED TO AN INABILITY TO USE THE ESTROGEN PRODUCED BY MY BODY. ALL WOMEN PRODUCE ESTROGEN (FEMALE SEX HOROMONE) AND TESTOSTERONE (MALE SEX HORMONE). SO WHEN YOUR BODY DOESN'T USE THE ESTROGEN OR HAS A LACK OF IT YOUR BODY USES THE TESTOSTERONE. WHICH GIVES YOU A BEARD. THERE MAY BE OTHER CAUSES TOO I'M NOT SURE. IT REALLY IS HORIBLE, NOT FUNNY. I USE AN ELECTRIC MAN'S RAZOR TWO TIMES A DAY TO KEEP MY FACIAL HAIR AT BAY. IF YOU HAVE THIS PROBELM YOU REALLY SHOULD TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR. SOMETIMES IT CAN BE CORRECTED WITH HOROMONE TREATMENT IF THERE IS A LACK OF THE HORMONE. OR MAYBE THERE IS OTHER TREATMENTS. DON'T BE EMBARASSED. THIS REALLY IS A HORRIBLE THING TO DEAL WITH DAILY IF THEE WAS ATREATMENT FOR ME I WOULD DO IT IN A HEART BEAT! GOOD LUCK!

My sister does, so I guess it is possible. My other sister has a mustache. I was told it had something to do with their horomone level (prehaps that neither can have kids might have something to do with it too).
