eat healthy, go with common sense, the only reason diets work is because they cut all of the "crap" out of your diet, just be HEALTHY, it really isn't very hard. do hard cardio workouts at least every other day, hydrate like a madperson (it's summer for goodness sake, drink extra EXTRA water even if you AREN'T dieting), and make sure you don't go below 1,600 calories a day or it will just backfire. trust me, my mother is a doctor and i went to nutrition class lectures with her when she was in medical school. and, wear sunscreen with at least an spf of 30. no matter how skinny you are skin cancer is VERY unattractive and a major tan will make you seem insecure in my opinion. haha.
