Because of the overimbalance of the medula oblongata which makes us more apt to want to bone the **** out of all moving things. To cure this I suggest smokign some pot.

Because they have two heads LOL Sorry just had to say that.I think it's considered normal for a guy to think about sex all the time. I think a study was actually done afew years back and they found most men were thinking about sex every few seconds, something like that.

Well think about it in evolution terms.
So there are two groups of guys, one who think about sex all the time and one who don't. The guys who think about sex all the time will take lots of opportunities to have sex and reproduce as they are thinking about it more and will see more in things.
The guys who don't think about sex so much will reproduce less and so will reproduce less.
So the genes from the men who think about sex a lot are passed on to the next generation, so the men in that generation are more likely to think about sex a lot as they have the genetic succeptability to it.

I know this is a simplified example but it illustrates the point and a long and drawn out version of it has happened in evolution.

its not just guys females think about sex alot too

They are more sexually active.
