Yes I have one that is very helpful.

Keep your mouth closed.

The weight watchers diet is the one I have found easiest to maintain long term and it worked for me. Also, my skin was in better shape and I felt really good while on it. I stayed for a year and enjoyed it. Good luck.

if u have freinds, tell them if they ever see u eating unhealthy stuff, tell them to take it from u. Also, dont think about sweets. And when you see people eating sugary foods, then just leave for a while , then when they're done, come back.

Diets don't work, you need a lifestyle change which includes what you eat and your activity levels. Check out your Food pyramid, make sure you are not over eating, drink lots of water and allow yourself a few goodies when you want them. Also take up some activities and you should be good

Eat a lot of fruits, fruit smoothies, or yogurts, or milk.

I have cut down on starch.eat a light breakfast, and lunch, dinner, nothing after 8:00 pm.

The key is to know when you are no longer hungry, but not too full. It is easy to overeat, so I am trying to cut down.

Eating slower helps too. Plus drinking lots of water.
