Does anybody know how many calories a "Hissy Fit" burns?

depends on the fit and how angry you are when I get all upset I tend to eat more so no it doesn't help burn calories for me

No, i tried that and it does not work, and for some reason, people just don't want to listen to someone badgering them. I know it sounds crazy, but I am telling the truth.

My wife eats constantly, and 'hissy fits' constantly. She is 5'7" and 130 lbs.it works!

You are kidding. I don't believe you to be a fat pig. Why make mockery of yourself?

However, if you really want to reduce your body mass, just bring confidence in you and with full determination just say, "I CAN". I shall not recommend any rigorous exercise with bulky body. Just start brisk walk on daily basis only for a small distance for a start. Increase the distance of walk gradually till you feel light tiredness. This would be a good start for you. As soon as you are able to get a long walk your body will be fully in readiness for various exercises also. Iam confident, you will be able to lose 20-30 pounds within three months.
