what you want is weighted squats and lunges.With the squats you can either use a weighted bar across your back and squat or you can hold dumbells in your hands either side of you.When you squat go as deep as you can, and make sure you can see your toes in front of your knees and that they are pointing forward, not out to the side.With the lunges you can hold the weights in either position as i described above.Make sure you take wide steps and go down as far as you can go.Also make sure your feet are pointing forward again.Good Luck!

Why on earth would you want your butt to "grow"?

Eat and it will grow right along with everything else.

Run at least 1.5 miles a day and do squats. In 2 months, you will have a nice butt regardless of what you eat.

Yeah.if you eat everything will grow, you stomach, your thighs.erm and your butt. If you want to tone up and have a shapely rear end, I suggest going to the gym.this will give a perkie, toned rounded butt. Eating will just make you put on weight and probably in all the wrong areas.

I have been involved in fitness/nutrition for alot of years. The best way in my opinion to "add" to your glutes is stairs and lots of them! It will also be a good cardio workout. Enjoy!

Flex and unflex your butt muscles-can be done anytime anywhere. You can flex both cheek muscles At the same time or one then the other.I do 50 each cheek. Also Lunges
are very effective. Only way to non surgically(implants) increase body part is to build muscles in that area. Best thing is to go to gym-or can also get exercise book etc with illustrations for it's also important to have correct form esp. the Lunges. Although you can concentrate on behind cheeks a full body conditioning program would be beneficial to make sure you're staying proportioned. As far as food no specific food just for butt but a well balanced diet such as 1.Protein Most then 2. Carbs and 3. fats-the good kind-non-animal as food source.
