It is a tricky situation. You need to definitely have immense amount of trust in your partner before you even head down that road. Second -- have plenty of lube, go slow, and when you say stop, he had better really stop. Sometimes it is painful but if he goes slow enough to get started it can be a really different kind of adventure. Wouldn't recommend it every day.

it all depends on what you and your partner wants.

a tear anally can cause perotinitis which can cause death. but who doesnt do stuff on a daily basis that might jeapordize their life? i say 2 each his own. whats nasty to one may not be to another. i think its painful if not relaxed. as someone else said u must have trust . its not for everyone. and i am one that thinks that you dont do everything sexually with everyone. all i can say is each person is different on what pleases them sexually. so you either try for yourself or you dont. noone else can tell you how it will feel for you!
