Well I'm assuming you mean exercising as weight lifting, running, biking, etc. In the morning time is the best time for multiple reasons. Your testosterone levels are the highest on a regular sleep schedule in the morning( always a good thing when exercising). Your energy levels are the highest as long as you didn't get up too early. More fat calories are burned through out the day for more lean muscle growth. And, appetite is stimulated through out the day to make eating necessary foods and calories easier. Good luck.
