How do you loose weight without getting off the couch?

Question:

Answers:
You need to go on the Grapefruit Diet or Mayo Clinic Diet. Just type either name in "search" on the Internet and you will get the menu of foods to eat that work together and how to utilize the diet. I lost 60lbs on it in about 10 mos. and when others saw how much I lost they went on it and lost. I went from a size 22-24 to a size 8 and juniors 11. I was 44 when I went on it. I didn't start exercising until I had been on it for about 8.5 mos. I guess. and that was only because I had lost so much weight I felt like exercising. You stay on the diet 12 days and then for 2 days you eat everything and anything you want. It is great. You eat 3 meals a day of the right combination of foods and you just lose. And the foods are things you already buy already probably. And nothing expensive. It says no caffiene drinks but I still did my Diet Dr Peppers with no problem. Good luck.the diet does work!

Other Answers:
Put the couch as far as possible from the refrigerator.

Without getting off the couch? Hmmm.chop off a leg. Or an arm. Instant loss of a couple pounds.

Well, if you literally aren't going to get off the couch.make sure nobody is around to bring you food. ***You'll drop the pounds in no time!***

Either learn to exercise on the couch or eat less (or both).

LOL

Have the couch nailed to the floor and have someone strap you to it. You will lose about 4 pounds a day until you're able to slip out of the straps.
But seriously, you can't hope to lose weight without changing the lifestyle that made you a fat a$$.

figure out how many calories you burn a day and eat less calories. veggies (not carrots or olives), spinach and grapefruit are good things to add to your diet. maybe strap your couch to a stationary bike too.
