cold water helps you burn calorie it only works if your trying to lose weight .. if you are a big eater then you wont see a difference..
It only helps in a small way if you are on a very low carb diet that causes ketosis. Then it helps the ketones pass through in your urine. Other then that no. It is still very healthy however.
