1. They do so, so that the men to not feel bad.

2. They also do so most of the time to just get the whole thing over with.

3. They fake orgasm to make the men think that, they are both doing it right and everything is good.

4. Some people are just meant to be bored with certain things and unfortunately sex is one. so what they do is to fake orgasm so they don't get bored with the whole thing.

I personally do not think faking it is best. Sparing someone's feelings or building up a fragile ego is not what one should base his or her orgasms for. I don't think people should be faking it. How outrageous!!
