Diet Question..?

Question:
I am doing a paper on dieting and health. I need to know the quickest ways to lose weight. It doesnt matter if it is unhealthy (I am studying self-esteem with weight and adverse health effects.) I already know not eating at all doesnt really help you lose weight in the long run, b/c as soon as your body stops receiving food, it stores everything as fat. Thanks in advance!

Answers:
Fastest way. eating half portion of your usual amount. No carbs. More water. Eating every 3 hrs. 3 times meals, 3 times snacks. No eating after 6pm.

Other Answers:
if ur asking the fastest way even if its unhealty, I would say taking ephedra pills and other illegal diet pills(i.e. bangkok pills) works wonders, but like I said its unhealthy so I do not recommend to anyone

Since you are writing a paper let me tell the most extreme way to lose weight really fast. It is based on the science behind it and my personal experiences that I have seen as a fitness professional for years. This is also similar to what many celebrities do in extreme cases. By the way it ranges from unadvisable to extremely unhealthy and illegal in some cases but its effective.

Eating - no solid food except for 1 meal a day and the consists of lean chicken and a dry salad. The other meal or 2 meals are strictly juice mostly consisting of grapefruit and lemon. 3-4 cups of black coffee a day whenever periods of low energy come in.

Exercise - 1 hour of cardio in the morning before breakfast but after 1 cup of coffee and 2 ephedrine pills after the workout. Rest , then after lunch in the afternoon 1 hour of activity, followed by 1 hour of weights followed by 1-2 hours of cardio. Do this for 5-6 days a week.

Supplements - 2-4 ephedrine pills a day preferably after your workouts and during times of low energy, take an amphetamine orally or powder cocaine, nasally.

Doing this for 2-3 weeks and you can drop a lot of weight fast. You will cut many days off the end of your life as well and your body will be a complete wreck, but the weight will come off.

Unfortunately I have seen too many people at the gym who follow this plan, not to a whole but in pieces, and I would advise against all of it.
