I've been. Two sessions. Sometimes it's nice to tell someone you don't really know about your problems. For me it was just like when I write in my diary, only someone was there to help me go deeper.

I had been repeatedly raped as a child.The psychiatrists that I went to did not help me at all, however. I gained help from meditation, and teaching myself that I was not the one at fault. My regular Dr. does prescribe me Xanax for anxiety however, and I am a very happy and healthy person now.
