Yes. The sizes are called the cup size. Measuring around just under the bust and then around the widest part of the bust determines the cup size. Ex: 38 around underneath and 41 around on widest part would be 3 inches different.
A cup= 1 inch
B cup= 2 inches
C cup = 3 inches. etc. So the woman would wear a 38 C bra.
