There are procedures that I have seen, in China, performed on women to increase their height by several inches. Apparently, taller people are favorable to employers.
Of course, that is just a very extreme option.
I'm 5'5" and I wish I was taller, but there is very little I can do about it. Except for heel lifts and well, heels.

There seem to be a lot of tall men around, so that is probably while you feel short. I would recommend getting a 3-4" lift kit. The shoes aren't cheap, though.

No, you will have to spike your hair up to look taller and hope you never go bald.
be happy with your height, if height is an issue to someone else - that is their problem. Don't get sucked into what the world says is "ideal." Be yourself.
there IS a surgery where they break and strech your legs and ive seen people gain up to 6 inches due to it.very extreme though
