how do you stop getting zits?
Question:
Answers:
Don't worry about them. When you grow up they'll stop. If you worry, it makes them worse.

Having a balanced and nutritious diet really does play a big part in how your skin looks. People use all sorts of creams and lotions to get rid of acne, but it all starts from the inside! Also on the inside are your genes. If either of your parents had zits growing up, there's a huge chance of you having them as you grow up. So, keep your face clean, try your best not to pop anything (that way, you won't get scars), and be healthy!
growing up later theyll go away or just scrub,scrub,scrub!-apricot Scrub-St.Ives!works like a charm(seriously):)
i would se a dermitoligist(did i spell that right?). she/he may perscribe a medication like Differin. It worked for me!
I agree. Differin has done wonders for me. I had acne for over 5 years, and Differin worked great for me when I started 1 1/2 years ago. Eating foods that are greasy or sweet have nothing to do with causing zits or pimples. Something needs to clog a pore in order for a pimple or zit to start. The only way something greasy can create a zit or pimple is if it makes contact with your face and isn't washed off. Eating a well-balanced diet will not improve your zits any faster. This has only been proven to be a myth with a well-balanced diet, as scientists have found no connection between diet & acne.
