Some people exercise whenever feeling the urge to smoke, like suddenly burst into jumping jacks or something. It will cause a blood rush and feel good like smoking does.

Remember what people look like when they are dying from lung cancer and emphysema, drowning in their own mucus and fluids, gasping for breath, terrified and clinging to what little life they have left, wishing they had not started smoking again because this suffering is just not worth it, just wishing they could hold their children one more time..
the cravings are an illusion telling you you need the smoke. the reality is far more distressing.
