why are people so rude?

Question:
i was asking for genuine answers ,not rudness and abuse. ten people answered me in a serious and sympathetic way. and i do appriciate you all . but one person was so rude . thats all i got to say and remember WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.

Answers:
Because sadly, that's the way a lot of them were raised (or not).

Other Answers:
Becuase they like to get attention and be annoying! I really hate it!

most of the time people will just act rude because they dont know wat to say and they just think that rude is the only thing that will keep the conversation going.
although many people will just act rude in order to look cool and smarter than you!..you may be amazed that some people dont do it on purpose its just a instinct

It's true, they're looking for attention, and points.

Don't pay attention to them, they're just not smart enough to come up with an intelligent answer.

Low self asteem.they are self-consious, so if they make you feel self-consious they are making themselves feal better.

Let it go.

Just keep in mind:
People are inherently selfish. It is ALWAYS easier to give a rude and simple answer than to give a complex, well-thoughtout and polite answer. Value the answers that you appreciated and dismiss the rude ones.

I've had a few very rude answer to my questions myself. There are a lot of young, immature people on this site.
Unfortunately, that's what's going to happen.

because we f_____ can!

thay fell bad about themselfs so thay have to put other pepole down

i think that people are rude because that's the way they choose to be. life is full of choices, and the way we show them are all unique. Maybe some people are rude, but they think they're being nice. That all depends on perspective. Maybe you think that person is rude, but someone else might think they are nice. Maybe they are rude because that's the ways they think is "cool" or "what all the popular kids are doing." But overall, asking why someone is rude is an opinion question.

true wat goes around cums around and sum people have there heads up there arses.

I do not have an answer for you because I don't know why people are so rude and yes they are.
I have never seen young people talk to their Mom's, Dad's and other people like a lot of them do today. Even some of the older folks are rude.
Go into a store to buy something and the people working there are rude (not all but a lot of them).
Manners and respect for others is taught at home so what does that tell you. Now we need The Nanny to set our kids straight and figure out what we are doing wrong.
When I was a kid I got my butt spanked when I needed it and it never made me a serial killer.
I think some of it may be that the parent's are scared to discipline they children?
Here in the south we were always taught that we respected the rights of others. We were taught to respect our elders and our parents and teachers. If a neighbor had to get on to me or the school sent a note home my Mom and or Dad took care of it. They did not run to the school and act like it was the teachers fault. We all set and talked about what happen and what was done at the time. Look at the cell phone rudeness.I ain't never..LOL.

'What goes round comes around'..yes oh sorry I was trying to figure what that meant!

The answer is simple, their behaviour. There are many different complicated answers why people are rude and uncivilised such as this..they are born to be rude. No.

It is due to the genetic inheritance, that is one example. Say the father was rude and the mother was rude then whatever the child they are making will be rude.

Another example is physical damage to the brain. If the physical damage that hit a part of the brain which entirely affects the behaviour that person will become rude. And there is a true story behind it.

Or last example..depression. Yep. Lost their money becomes angry and rude, you know the rest.
