HIV I & II THE VIRUS RESPONSIBLE FOR AIDS INFECTION INFECT ANYBODY WHO COME IN CONTACT WITH IT,EITHER THEY ARE CHINESE, AFRICAN, INDIAN OR OTHERS,WHO EVER IS NOT CAREFUL OR IN SOME CASE ACCIDENTAL CAN BE INFECTED.BY THE FACT THAT THE AFRICAN CONTINENT ARE GREATLY AFFECTED PROBABLY DUE TO POOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE DISEASE SPREADING HABIT, POOR HYGIENE,COSTLY DRUGS FOR AIDS TREATMENT.

no it effects everyone no matter what color ,sex,or religon .if its a global weapon (it could be)how would it know what race you are ? it would effect people that have unprotected sex and does it effects the whole human race red or yellow black or white
