I bought a large amount of 'untouchables'& I used too much fabric softener & they turned blue. What do I do?

Question:
Should I risk bleaching them and risk ruining them or should I rush out and buy a bunch of new blue shirts and suits to match them?

Answers:
Try calling the 1-800 number on the fabric softener bottle - they could probably tell you if there is a way to get it out (maybe by re-washing a couple of times).

IF IT LOOKS NATURALLY BLUE, BUY ITEMS TO COORDINATE.

Blue is cool

Run them through a wash of cold water, and don't add anything to it. If they are still blue, and they were white, you can use bleach but not a lot. You might want to call a local dry cleaning establishment to see if they have any other ideas.

Rit Dye has a product called color remover - I use it when I turn everything red. Just use it on the items that turned blue - and it should turn them back to their original color if you follow the label instructions. Better than Bleach anyday. Good luck.

Speaking for myself and every other red blooded American male, wear the blue with a white tee-shirt, blue jeans, and pumps and you wont have to worry about bleaching them or buying more.

That's a good look.
