Snacking on fruit and lots of water should help do the trick. Stay away from soft drinks which also add fats to your diet.

Well my endocrinologist tells me that a spoonful of Peanut Butter or a handful of almonds with a glass of water, should hold you over for a bit.
Trust me I have issues with this as well!
caffeine is an appetite suppressant, so coffee and diet soda help - of course you want to use them in moderation.
Eat high fiber fruits, such as apples or pears - they are relatively low in calories and the fiber will help you feel full.
Someone else before me suggested water which is also an excellent idea.

Try low-carb substitutes. Simply filling your body with water isn't helpful, though you should drink 8 glasses a day. Just try to find other, lower-carb foods to eat. Bring a lunch to work rather than eat out. Look at some low-carb recipes offered by South Beach or another low-carb diet (however, don't go totally low-carb. Your body needs a carb and a protein at each meal). Also, try doing portion control. You can eat incredibly well, but if you're eating way too much, you'll still gain weight. So, limit your portions as well.

Well , try to cut back on bread , butter , and lasagna type stuff (Noodles , rice , etc.) . Eat a lot more fruit and veggies . No coke or pepsi . Good luck !

Water is good. But for the carb craveings try pork rinds and low carb candy( russel stovers), decaf coffee, sugar free jello cups. Just follow the adkins plan. I lost 35lbs by cutting out bread, potatoes, and pasta. It works but you must stay on it.

You need carbs so don't cut back completely. Try eating whole wheat bread. Make sure the ingredients say whole wheat not enriched bread. You should stop eating french fries or only have them at least once a week. Eat whole wheat pasta and brown rice. You can eat white potatoes but its how you cook it and what you put on it. Baked potatoes put low fat sour cream and any white cheese. Stay away from breaded or battered foods. Hope this helps.
I eat a can tuna a day and n ow they have tuna can called lemon and the tuna taste like lemon. I eat can tuna and cup of water. Sometimes i would eat a can of chicken breats that comes in chunk, taste pretty good. Good luck with your diet

If you eat milled flax seeds in the morning for breakfast as a hot cereal, it's so high in fibre it ends up only being 6 grams of carbs per half a cup, and controls carb cravings through the day. The next trick is cheese. Believe it or not a piece of cheese will ease your desire for carbohydrates. Last trick I've learned is if you need a sweet fix, cocoa made with stevia or splenda or somersweet and whip cream is a carb free indulgent drink that makes you feel like you're cheating! As far as what to eat during the day.egg salad, tuna salad, chicken, cheese, home made low carb soups, taco salad, chicken caesar salad, chef salad, any salad can be protein'd up and be quite filling!
