Yes! I have my tounge pierced.and I LOVE IT! My husband (and bf's before him) LOVE it.

After reading other people's comments Id just like to say that just because I have my tounge pierced does NOT make me a "hose bag" (you mean hoe bag? right, idiot?) Also, sometimes speech problems can happen..like a lisp. I personally havent developed any problems and Ive had mine for 2 years now. As for it getting infected? That is due to NOT TAKING CARE OF IT. As with any new peircing or tattoo, you have to take care of it and clean it. With a new tounge ring you are supposed to use mouth wash after everytime you eat or drink anything for like the first 2 or 3 weeks while it heals.

Actually, no.it escapes me how someone creating for themselves an obvious speech impediment, not to mention an open wound looking for diseases could be `hot' unless it was with some fever.

No . Its just overboard, like the lip and eyebrow stuff. Just my personal opinion and I know a lot of people like it. I have tatts and its the same thing but i only show those i want to.

well my bird (gfriend) has one and i cant complain about the oral
but i personally think it looks disgusting (the piercing not the oral that is) i do however like tummy piercings for wotever reason. i guess its an idividual thing ;)

ehh depends, i have an eyebrow done, if you get a tounge one be careful!! i had a neighbor get his done, and it got infected and he couldnt eat anything but slim fast for like 2 weeks, he lost a bunch of weight and almost landed himself in the hospital, opinion wise though, just depends who you ask, lip looks better though ;)
