Don't we all?! Seriously, there are no shortcuts. It takes work and dedication. Eat healthy, cut out refined carbs, drink only water, get plenty of fiber, take a vitamin and exercise. You need cardio which you can get easily by power-walking. It's also a good idea to get some hand weights and pump a little iron. The more muscle you have the more fat you burn! Good luck to ya.
Don't drink soda, drink water, eat 3 small portion meals per day, ride you bike every evening and/or treadmill and/or elliptical (sp) machine or just jog. You will definintly lose weight fast.. Oh and I forgot, don't eat any cake or buns or goodies.

When you eat your meals, drink water it has no calories. Im skinny so take my advice. Get on the scale on an empty stomach. Here are some exercises that include no traveling:
