The more important question would be if the puncture penetrated the globe.then you really have to be cautious to make sure no bacteria has entered the globe or that the retina has become detached. This can be a very serious injury so you need to get it checked out asap.

pretty much just let it heal as you would any other puncture wound,,,, may want take some antibiotics to kill of any infection that could cause you to lose your eye sight..
