Punching Bag? I dunno. ask Shannen Doherty.

Join a rock band and get laid.

Play golf, don't aim for the holes. Just get a bunch of golf balls and start hitting them as far as you can.

yup punching bag!

w*nk it off =)

sex is a good way! But you say safe so use condom.

Prayer

There are many ways to get rid of frustration and anger. What you keep inside can hurt you so you want to get it out and you do that by talking about it.

You could see a shrink or mental health therapist. A pastor/priest/rabbi. You can also share with a friend or aquantence who are resceptive to listening. The punching bag is also good, but talking is important too.

The whole idea is that if you talk about it, you release the tension and it gets so it does not bother you.

It works, I have used this to assist people who had a great many problems and when they opened up, the results were that they felt a whole lot better.

Good luck

Anger and frustration isn't something that needs to be released. You can transform it into something else as well, if you're strong enough to. Some of the best artists (art of all forms) used their work to express anger and frustration.

Hitting a punching bag is usually safe, but you have to remember to use both gloves and handwraps. If your hands get injured, that might just irritate you further.

Take up boxing.not only will you get to hit people legally but it can relieve stress too. Plus, it's a good workout!

Forgiveness!!

Don't do it all at once. Finding someplace noone can hear me and letting it open up and just be there helps me.
