If I'll answer u in one word 'Be urself'. Accept ur limitation..highlight something what is best in you. Try to be gentle but self esteemed. One can not be 100% perfect so its normal that yon cant do all the things. Never ever let ur self down by comparing with others.again "Be urself"
Ok quick overview. If I lose you just email me and I can try to explain better. You need to think about some things that you know to be fact. For instance let's just say that you think you are smart. Well the reason that you think that.is very much like a chair. Meaning that everytime that someone tells you that you are smart it adds a leg under the chair. The more times that you hear it.the more times legs are added until the chair has tons of legs and won't fall over. At this point you know.I am smart.
So go out and buy chairs..ok just kidding. You need to make the positive things about you have more stability. So find out what you really like about you and what you are good at. Then find people that know you are good at them too. This will help you build up those legs and next thing you know..you won't have problems walking into a room and being the star. Surround yourself with people that you want to emulate. Being around people that are the way you want to be will rub off quicker than you might think. look into the mirror every morning, list at least five or more positive things about yourself.. then chant this qualities to yourself each time you remember or feel insecure or better yet, every time say this to yourself aloud or mentally, for you to remember that you are you, and that you are unique.and remember, no one can appreciate and love you if you are not the first one to love ourself baby, you deserved to be loved..

I've got lots of tips and techniques which could help you to improve your self-confidence, so this is just a preliminary idea. Don't hesitate to email me if you want some more!
I want you to think about your everyday routine. I imagine that you get up in the morning and get into the shower. Now what if you could turn this simple everyday routine into a life-affirming gesture? It really is possible! What I want you to do is to write down a goal every morning before you get into the shower. It could be something general like 'I will feel better about myself today', or something very specific like 'I will buy those sexy jeans today'. Then, when you get into the shower I want you to repeat that mantra to yourself as you wash your hair etc. Once you've finished your shower, get out and carry on the day as normal. Try to achieve your goal, but don't make it into a big issue. The very process of repeating that goal to yourself every morning in the shower will make you internalise the productive force and will help you to achieve your goals in life.
