IT is because the bile in your liver, the bile gets in your intestine and sometimes the air just has to come out making a loud fart noise that can smell really bad.

Farts contain small amounts of hydrogen sulfide gas and mercaptans. These contain sulfur.
Nitrogen-rich stuff like skatole and indole also add to the stink of farts.
The more sulfur in your diet, the more sulfides and mercaptans will be produced by the bacteria in your intestines, and the more your farts will stink.
Foods such as cauliflower, eggs and meat make smelly farts, beans produce large amounts farts that are not very smelly.
