umm., changing your eating habits and regular exercise it the best way to go about it and it's free. I know when I put it this way, it makes something so hard so simple but it is the only way you'll have long term results. The problem is that so many people are out there selling their produces and if it actually worked., they'll be out of business. Just a few simple changes as walking 30 minutes a day 3 to 4 times a week., add a few strength training exercises every third day for 45 minutes and cutting your calories intake at first 5 to 10%.., you'll be set for life. The nice thing., it is very cost effected and you'll feel better.

Don't even think about going out and wasting any money on "weight loss products".
- Eat more of the food that is good for you.
- Eat less of the food that is bad for you, but don't cut it out.
- Get a moderate amount of cardio exercise (walk 5 times a week). Drink more water.

I've tried several different kind of diet pills and have yet to find one that seriously works. The closest thing I found was the old-fashioned Dexatrim but I developed a tolerance after a week and they don't sell it anymore. In college I lost 20 pounds by simply eating less and exercising more (of course how I was able to do those was bad dorm food and mom not letting me take my car to college but hey whatever works).
if you want to be fatter later then dont eat.Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day.
