I use to work in the beauty industry and I can tell you those topical products will only reduce the appearance, not get rid of it. Plus you have to continue using them. They are not a permanent fix. Cellulite has more to do with heredity and your skin than how fit you are. Even the most fit athletic people have body fat but it only shows on your skin if you have thin and/or fair skin (like me :)). Skin damage, like from the sun, only will make it worse so don't think you you can disguise it by making your skin darker with tanning beds or sun exposure. You will only damage your skin further and cause even worse problems like spider veins, freckles, or even a melanoma. My best advice is just eat healthy and exercise and embrace your body the way God created it. It is a miraculous machine that is perfection in itself even if those airbrushed fashion magazines try to convine you otherwise.

Hydrate properly with lots of water and exercise. Exercise will shrink the fat cells and they hydration makes the skin and tissue lay smoother.
Cellulite is a fad term for the fat found on the hips and thighs, it isn't any special kind of fat and isn't a medical term. The best way to loose fat anywhere is with proper diet and exercise.
