I need help with my curly/frizzy hair!?

Question:
I have really frizzy hair. i can wash it and use half a bottle of conditioner and it is still frizzy 5 mins after i take the towel off. I need some help on what works to make it less frizzy and more like ringlette curls. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

Answers:
consider getting your hair professionally relaxed (not straightened) with a mild relaxer. it might take out the frizzing-behavior of your hair without making it straight.

try changing shampoos and conditioners. use an extremely mild shampoo and follow it up with aquatanica's "sea silt mineral infusion for hair". it softens the hair greatly, and just might be enough to stop your hair from frizzing. it can be bought in bath and body works stores, or on the bath and body works website: http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2205211&cp&origkw=aquatanica&kw=aquatanica&parentPage=search

also, don't use normal blowdryers. if you set your hair, and want to use a dryer, get an ionic dryer. they really do make a difference and don't cost that much more than conventional blowdryers.

Other Answers:
umm.have you ever heard of a straighting iron? frist straightin it then buy curing rolls not a curiling iron cuz it will burn your hair.

my hair is naturally curly and frizz's if I don't do this:

mousse and hair spray while hair is still wet, and blow dry with a diffuser.Gives the ringletts that your talking about, and not the frizz.

As for blowing it out straight, I have a hell of a time with that, my hair just gets bigger and bigger and bigger and I could be on one of those commercials where the hair is REAL FRIZZED..ugh~!

for less frizz try Aveda's Be Curly. I started using this about 6 months ago and no more frizz.
